About
I’ve always been deeply curious about the power of language, not just in how we communicate with others, but in how we speak to ourselves.

My journey into this work began through a lifelong fascination with how language, thought, and the body are all interconnected.

Growing up bilingual, I realised I could express certain feelings clearly in one language, but not another, and that made me wonder: how are our emotions shaped (or limited) by the words we have access to?

I became drawn to ideas from Neuro Linguistic Programming, neuroscience, and Buddhist teachings on perception and suffering, all pointing to a shared truth: what we tell ourselves; shapes how we feel and how we live life.

I realised that every thought sends a signal, and the body receives it. You don’t have to look far to see the mind-body connection in action. Nervousness can knot the stomach or tighten the chest, while love can swell the heart, and heartbreak is more than just a metaphor. The quality of our self-talk matters.

That’s why I combine techniques with Hypno Therapy, a blend that works on the deep patterns held in the unconscious mind and stored in the body. By changing the internal dialogue and shifting stored beliefs, change doesn’t just become possible — it becomes inevitable, and often faster than you think.
